Contact a web development company in Dubai — talk to the engineer who would build it.
Send a brief and you get a reply within one working day, Monday to Friday — from the engineer who would scope the work, not a sales desk. What comes back is a written scope with an indicative price, not an invitation to a meeting.
Project brief
The more you tell us, the better the answer.
Tell us what you need. You will get a scoped response with an indicative price — from an engineer, not a salesperson.
Direct channels
The direct lines, and what each one is for.
All three reach the same team during working hours. Which one to use depends mostly on how much detail you are sending, and how quickly you need it read.
WhatsApp
Not published yet
Best for a quick question — whether we cover something, whether a deadline is realistic, roughly where a project like yours sits. Answered fastest during working hours.
Phone

Best when something is urgent — a site down, a launch at risk, a deadline that moved this morning. Anything that needs a decision today rather than a thread.
Email

Best for a brief with attachments — a specification, a tender document, existing designs, a sitemap or a list of URLs. Anything we should read properly before replying.
Where we are

What happens next
From your message to a price in writing.
01
We acknowledge it
Within one working day, Monday to Friday. The reply comes from the engineer who read the brief, and it either answers you outright or asks the two or three things we need before anything can be priced. Nothing sits unacknowledged while you wonder whether it arrived.
02
A scoping call
A conversation with the person who would do the work: what you are building, what already exists, which systems it has to talk to, and what would count as a success. On video, or at the office if you are in Dubai. No slide deck, and no second call with a different team.
03
A written scope and an indicative price
What is included, what is not, the sequence it happens in, and a price you can budget against. Anything still uncertain is named as an assumption rather than buried, because that is where fixed-price projects go wrong. Nothing is signed at this point, and the document is yours either way.
Questions
Asked before the first message.
Within one working day, Monday to Friday. The office runs Monday – Friday, 9:00 – 18:00 GST, so a brief sent on Friday evening is answered on Monday rather than sitting over the weekend. The first reply comes from the engineer who read it, and it either asks the questions we need answered or proposes a time to talk. WhatsApp during working hours is faster still.
Enough for us to price it: what the site has to do, roughly how many pages or screens, whether content and designs already exist, any systems it must connect to, and the date that matters. A link to your current site and to two you admire tells us more than a page of description. If you do not know the budget, say so — a range is genuinely useful, an invented number is not.
Yes, from around AED 16,000 — a five-to-eight page site, designed and built. Below that we will usually say plainly that a template or a capable freelancer is the better use of the money, rather than stretch a small budget across a process built for larger work. Single landing pages and design-only engagements are quoted on their own.
No. The scoping call, the written scope and the indicative price cost nothing and carry no obligation — the document is yours to take elsewhere if you decide to. What is quoted separately is work that goes beyond scoping: auditing an inherited site in depth, mapping data for a migration, or technical discovery on a platform build. We would agree that with you before starting it.
It is used to answer your enquiry and nothing else. Briefs are read by the people who would do the work, not added to a sales list, sold, or passed to anyone outside Zenoweb. If yours is commercially sensitive, say so and we will sign an NDA before you send the detail. Our privacy policy sets out what is stored and for how long.
No. We are in Dubai and glad to meet if you are too, but the work does not require a shared postcode: the build runs in weekly increments on a staging URL you can open from anywhere. Our published work includes a coffee house in Oman. Clients outside the UAE are normal — the only thing that changes is that reviews happen on a call instead of around a table.
