Dubai · About Zenoweb
About Zenoweb — a Dubai studio that builds websites to be handed over.
We design and build websites in Dubai and nothing else — no branding, no SEO, no social. What you end up holding is a repository, a hosting account and a set of design files already in your name, plus a written scope that fixed the price before the work started.
Our story
The studio is organised around what goes wrong later.
Zenoweb exists because of a pattern this market repeats almost without variation: a business is on its third website in five years, and not one of those rebuilds happened because somebody changed their mind. They hit a ceiling the template could not clear, or the site quietly got slow, or the agency stopped answering and nobody had the logins.
None of those are design failures. They are engineering and handover failures — decisions taken during the build that only present their bill in year two, long after everyone has signed off and moved on. So the studio is arranged around them rather than around a portfolio: scope written down and priced before anything starts, a performance budget agreed before the first line of code, and every account registered in your name from day one.
The short service list is the same argument in another form. We design and we build, and that is the whole list. Branding is a different discipline with a different buyer, and search marketing is a third. A studio selling nine things is harder to hold to account on any one of them, and being held to account is the offer here.
None of that is a claim about how good the work is — the sites themselves are a better argument for that, and they are public. It is a description of how the work is set up, which is the part you can check before you commission anything rather than after.
The team
The people who actually do the work.
The person who scopes your project is the person who builds it — which is only reassuring if you can see who that is, so this is who it would be.
This section is still being written. It will name the people who actually do the work, with their real roles — so it stays empty rather than carrying names we invented.

What we hold to
Six commitments, and what each one costs us.
A commitment that costs nothing to keep is a preference. These are the six that occasionally make a project harder for us, which is the only reason they are worth publishing.
You own it from day one
Code, domain, hosting, analytics and design files go into your accounts at the start, not ours. The cost is the obvious one: leaving requires nothing from you, so staying has to be worth it every year.
Scope written before work starts
The brief is agreed and priced before anything is built. That puts the estimating risk on us rather than surfacing it in month two, and a change gets quoted openly instead of absorbed and invoiced as a surprise at the end.
A performance budget we enforce
Every build ships against one: LCP under 1.8 seconds, INP under 150 milliseconds, CLS under 0.05. When a feature would break it, the feature gets reworked. That is sometimes an awkward conversation, and we have it anyway.
Accessible because it was designed that way
Contrast, tap targets, focus order and heading structure are settled in the design file. It rules some palettes out before anyone has fallen for them — which is precisely when ruling them out is cheap rather than painful.
Documented, then genuinely handed over
A repository, a README and a walkthrough with whoever maintains it next, including when that is not us. Writing for a developer who may replace us is work nobody thanks you for, and it is the line between owning a site and merely paying for one.
Dubai, and the same people throughout
Whoever scopes the project builds it, here, on Dubai hours. It caps how much we can run at once — which is the trade we would rather make than pass the work quietly to a team you never speak to.
